Ion Lab’s Tablet and Capsule Manufacturing allows our customers to tailor the specifications to suit their strengths. Offering both tablet & capsule packaged finished product and bulk tablet & capsule orders. Our wide variety of capabilities in tablet and capsule manufacturing as well as tablet and capsule packaging have allowed for quicker turnover time and both large & small volume runs.

Blending Capabilities
Ion Labs has various powder blending methods. The most utilized at Ion Labs for powder blending is the Twin Shell V-blender. This method is applied to mostly all powder blends which utilize a continuous axial flow for quick and efficient component blends.

Compression Capabilities
Ion Labs has 6 tablet compression work stations. The most utilized presses are our Natoli tablet work stations which account for 3 of the total workstation.

Our coating capabilities are endless based on your product requirements. Color matching, Sustained Release, Enteric, Sugar, and conventional coating are just the beginning. Encapsulation
Ion Labs can fulfill both large and small batch runs at very competitive prices. From #00 to #1 size range, Ion Labs can fill gelatin, vegetarian or flavored 2-piece hard shell capsules. The capsules run through all stainless stain equipment and every encapsulation includes capsule de-dusting and polishing.
